“Good hotel for a decent price.”

Stayed here for two nights as we had a wedding in Ukiah. I am familiar with this hotel chain and since it was one of the four hotels suggested by the bride and groom, we figured it was a safe bet, and it sure was. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it was remodeled not too long ago, and as modern as it can be. The décor of the hotel is nice, the room was clean, and the area is pretty quiet; parking was easy, safe and free. The other hotel options were just a tad bit better, but this was pretty good and a bang for your buck. The one thing I will say is the walls are super thin. I could hear clear conversations of our neighbors, BUT I turned on the AC so that pretty much phased out the talk. Also, the gym is a no-frills kind of place. One treadmill, one bike and one elliptical. There are no weights of any kind. I didn’t use the pool, which is indoors; it was empty despite the outdoor heat. The front desk was great. On two dif occasions, I asked for band-aids and lotion and they easily supplied both. Check-in was easy, fast and done with a smile. There are some good eats within walking distance and downtown is just an easy few lights away. A simple breakfast is included in our stay and it was perfect bc we had lunch plans, but I needed something after my workout, so I would make myself a granola bowl with fresh yogurt and fresh toppings. Overall, this was a good stay and I would come back here again.

“Good place to stay”

This hotel was perfectly fine for what we needed on our road trip up to the redwoods. I would stay here again. Some of the breakfast food was not good, but there was enough that we found plenty to eat without issue. Check in was easy. Easy to find location.

“Fine stay but where are the outlets?”

Overall was a fine night. Building was quiet, staff was pleasant, room was clean. But how are there so few outlets, particularly none around the desk/TV area? Just install a lamp with some built-in outlets. It's not complicated. I would note that there are a decent number of hobos in the area … lisää

Just install a lamp with some built-in outlets. It's not complicated. I would note that there are a decent number of hobos in the area so keep your car interior clean. Didn't see any evidence of break-ins around the parking lot but it's always a risk.

“Good, but with some older building issues”

I spent one night here on a trip up Hwy 101, then, 4 nights later, another night on my way back down. Location is very convenient; it's just a couple blocks from the off-ramp. I spent one night here on a trip up Hwy 101, then, 4 nights later, another night on my way back down. Location is very convenient; it's just a couple blocks from the off-ramp. The staff are friendly and welcoming and check-in was very fast. Rooms are large and clean, and breakfast was fine. Decent freer shower in a large bathroom. It's nice to have a fridge and microwave. The issue is that it's an older building with some older building problems. There aren't enough outlets where you want them. None at the desk, for example. And the walls are very thin. My first night I heard every word of my neighbors' conversation, even though they weren't talking loudly. Then I heard them having sex. Ugh. The second night I heard my neighbor snoring.
