“Wine Country Experience”

What a great location and condo complex. Shuffle board, pools, hot tubs, volley ball, grilling area. The condo was very nice. Patio with a table and chairs and a gas grill off the living room. You are close to the many wineries in the area. Friendly staff.

The resort was very nice and comfortable. Building 5 in the back is very quiet. However you CAN hear people walking above you in all of the units, unfortunately. The resort was very nice and comfortable. Building 5 in the back is very quiet. However you CAN hear people walking above you in all of the units, unfortunately. On the plus side, most people tend to be gone during the day and go to bed early! The units have essential items to start your stay. Beds are comfortable. The balcony is nice and each has its own grill. I did not use the pools as they were too crowded. I was there during Easter Week. The lovely town of Healdsburg is a ten minute drive away with great shops, wine-tastings and restaurants!

“Fun in Sonoma wine country”

Overall, we had a very good experience. The 2 bedroom time share was clean, well stocked and in good shape. We did not use the poolroom, but it looked nice. Overall, we had a very good experience. The 2 bedroom time share was clean, well stocked and in good shape. We did not use the poolroom, but it looked nice. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained and had many chairs, chaise lounges and tables, as did the hot tub located there. We had a different hot tub closer to our room, but the interior had noticeable mold on the interior. Some other exterior maintenance issues like cracked wood exterior panels and concrete patio floors needing a power-washing should be addressed. The property was not bad or nasty or 3rd rate, but some small problems exist. Just like everywhere else in the lower 48, Sonoma County is growing by leaps and bounds. Unfortunately that includes construction and traffic. The side of the property facing the main entrance on Shiloh Road used to be much quieter than it is today. Traffic in particular is very heavy up until 9 or 10 pm and and many people zoom by at 50 or 60 mph. Ugh, where are the police when you need them? They could make $$$$$ on speeding tickets there! The staff was OK. No real problems. They did call us 3 times in just one day to try to get us to go to a sales pitch, and that was annoying, so I disconnected the landline. I recommend this property and would go again!

Had a very nice time here. The location is great for getting to wineries, river kayaking, ocean views, shopping, and redwoods. There are not many offered activities at the resort, but we knew that when we booked. Downsides are paying $10 per day per phone for unsecured Wi-Fi, and our primary room mattress was old and sagging on both sides. One of us had to move to another room because the mattress was so uncomfortable. The room is not modern, but it was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice. Be aware of a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax which was over $170 for us.
