“We Would Definitely Stay Here Again”

I booked the room by phone while on the road. The person on the phone was very helpful as was the receptionist when we arrived hours later. I booked the room by phone while on the road. The person on the phone was very helpful as was the receptionist when we arrived hours later. They have a little convenience store for things you might need. The room was spotless and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the towels were thick and soft. The heater was very quiet making for a very restful night's sleep. We enjoyed the hot breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, and all the other continental breakfast options. It was a great place to stop for the night after a long day of travel.

I have stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites twice, now. Each time, it was for an entire week. One of those times, I needed to add another day, and it was a smooth process to do that. The parking is easy and the location is close to KU. My room was quiet and clean. The staff was outstanding! They made me feel like I was at home away from home. They are the reason why I stayed there the second time. The cookies in the lobby are a great treat at the end of a long busy day. The exercise room, while small, is clean and well-equipment with everything I needed, and available 24/7. The fridge in the exercise room is stocked with water and there is an abundance of clean towels. Whenever I had a need or a question, the staff was quick to address it. Both times that I arrived, it was in the wee hours of the morning, around 2 am. The night manager was incredibly welcoming and happy to see me. He put me at ease and I knew that I could count on him to address any issues that might arise. One of the two times I visited, I mentioned that my sink did not drain well. He addressed it right away. The breakfast is a variety of cold and hot foods. It had everything that I needed and was available at 6 am each day, even on the weekends. (In other hotels in which I've stayed, breakfast starts later in the day on weekends, which is often too late for my activities.)

this was great place to stay. It was clean, and nice, but the best was the people were amazing. They would do anything they could to make your stay amazing.
