“Great Hotel”

Great hotel and location! Room was awesome with kitchenette, clean and comfortable. Staff was great friendly and accommodating. Indoor pool was great temperature was warm so nice for the little one! Plenty to do in the area shops food and fun!

We really appreciate the service we received, and we stayed there with a huge group for soccer nationals. Dante was great and flexible with our group in the evenings. We really appreciate the service we received, and we stayed there with a huge group for soccer nationals. Dante was great and flexible with our group in the evenings. The breakfast lady was great, and the food was very solid. The rooms are spacious. Coming so far, we appreciate the hospitality. The only downside was that we weren't able to arrange any late checkouts with each family having such different flight times leaving the event. But this is understandable since they were supposedly fully booked.

“Friday after New Years”

Good experience with this hotel. We had two separate rooms while traveling with family on a road-trip back from New Mexico to KC. The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of the historic Delano district across the river from Downtown. Easy access to the highway and to downtown attracti… lisää

Good experience with this hotel. We had two separate rooms while traveling with family on a road-trip back from New Mexico to KC. The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of the historic Delano district across the river from Downtown. Easy access to the highway and to downtown attractions - especially the Windsurge minor league baseball stadium. Seemed to be a newer property and the rooms and facilities were in great condition. Our rooms were 221 & 228 on the second floor and the only issue was noisy neighbors (loud kids) next to 221 that was resolved in short order by the fun and personable night clerk downstairs (name starts with a K). Morning breakfast was good, although their yoghurt machine was out of commission. Did not make use of the pool or other facilities.

We were here for March Madness basketball, and this is about a 20 minute walk to the arena. The location worked well for our stay, and it is a fairly new property. We were here for March Madness basketball, and this is about a 20 minute walk to the arena. The location worked well for our stay, and it is a fairly new property. It was stocked with towels and dishes. There were a few stray hairs in the bathroom and main room. The insulation is not good; we were on the third floor and heard people walking above us and thumping their suitcase in the early morning, water running, etc. which woke us up and kept us up. The breakfast did not look good so we skipped it. They did have welcome cookies for the basketball event and the games on in the lobby, which was a nice welcome. All front desk staff were very pleasant.
