“Best hotel pool”
A hotel pool is important to me. The pool in Franklin has been re-finished. It is beautiful, perfectly clean, and a great temperature. It makes me give the hotel my highest rating. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast offers many fresh choices. The staff is frie… lisää

“nice hotel”
Hotel was exceptional! The bed and pillows were so comfy! I loved that they had the pump bottles of toiletries instead of the individual ones.. Saves so much waste. The hotel was clean inside and out and conveniently located. Breakfast could have been better, but they had enough to get full. … lisää

“Comfortable”
The room AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. But the toilet needed service and ran several times during the night. Each time it woke me up. The staff was nice and they assured me it would be fixed. However i stayed just the one night. My guess is there could be other maintenance issues. It … lisää

“Do your homework on the area and the cost comparisons”
The front desk staff were amazing - friendly and humorous, they saved the day. The hotel is in an area that I didn’t scope out well (that’s on me of course) since it’s almost industrial/commercial for that area. It didn’t give me the best of vibes as a solo traveler but they front desk staff helped… lisää
