“Beautiful space. Amazing staff”

Such a great location! It's a beautiful space, but it's the friendly staff that really make the experience so good. My team and I stayed for a 3 day meeting and every interaction was excellent.

This was a quick, 1-night stay and there are nothing but good things about this hotel, which opened in May 2024. The hotel is in the NuLu district, an arts, crafts, and culinary area (or so I’m told). The location was great – it was near several restaurants, close to my relative, and away from central downtown. And I tend to stay at newer hotels when available. (I like quirky and old, but only if they're clean and everything works. 😉) Check-in: Quick, efficient. The Front Desk attendant was friendly, smiled, had no attitude, and provided hotel information without sounding like a robot. I asked a few questions, and he responded with the information. Worked out great. And, likely the first time someone said, “Thank you for being a Lifetime Diamond.” Room 433: This was a 1-bed king corner room. Modern interiors with a comfortable bed, a well-sized desk, and an additional table near the two windows (where I did all my computing). The views out the window were OK but brought in a lot of natural lighting. 👏🏽 The room also included a mini fridge and an option to make tea. The clean bathroom had the usual amenities along with sufficient towels. The room was great for this 1-night stay. I didn’t have breakfast nor did I visit any other areas of the hotel. I had a brief interaction with attendants near the bar/cafe area when I returned from a museum. They were friendly, personable, and excellent salespersons – I purchased a muffin I really did not need. 🙂 Parking: It was self-parking (yea!). I like to park my own car rather than use valet parking, which is the bane of my existence at hotels. I don't remember the cost, but who cares? Looking forward to returning to the Tempo by Hilton Louisville.

“The free water makes this hotel different than the rest.”

I don’t write reviews often, but the amount of free available water at this hotel deserves a post. It’s so simple, but having so much available water makes the stay so much more convenient. Other than name, you can find similar features for hotels to whatever degree of nice you want easily nearby, … lisää

I don’t write reviews often, but the amount of free available water at this hotel deserves a post. It’s so simple, but having so much available water makes the stay so much more convenient. Other than name, you can find similar features for hotels to whatever degree of nice you want easily nearby, but I will pick this hotel over any other purely because of the free available water. I cannot understate how nice it is not having to worry about this during our stay, feeling healthy and hydrated for a good vacation.

“Clean, comfortable, in a nice walkable neighborhood”

A clean and well maintained hotel right in the NuLu neighborhood. We stayed a night here and were very comfortable. Walking the NuLu area is very convenient, and the waterfront is about 20 minutes away on foot. There are plenty of coffee and breakfast spots within a five minute walk. Walking over t… lisää

A clean and well maintained hotel right in the NuLu neighborhood. We stayed a night here and were very comfortable. Walking the NuLu area is very convenient, and the waterfront is about 20 minutes away on foot. There are plenty of coffee and breakfast spots within a five minute walk. Walking over to the downtown area is not a big deal but if you are skittish maybe take an uber and skip the area near the highway. It was not dangerous but could be stressful if you only walk in parks and leafy suburbs.
