We stayed here to attend a close friend’s wedding. I booked on the app, as a Hilton Honors member. I called the night before with a few questions and Tae was so helpful, courteous, and professional. When we arrived the next day, he checked us in and remembered my call. Tae was again helpful with my room request and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back because of how personable our interactions were when we booked and visited the front desk with questions and need for assistance. We had a great visit in Louisville!

“Pretty good stay! Nice, new, clean.”

I really liked this hotel… easy to get to, clean, new, fresh. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff was friendly. I really liked this hotel… easy to get to, clean, new, fresh. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but I only needed it for a room to sleep in so it worked for my needs (and the price was right). The lobby seems to have an emphasis on games, nooks for working or talking, etc. I was only here for a quick night so I didn’t take advantage of the area. I’d give it 4.5 stars if I could because I did truly like it and would stay here again. My only complaints were bathroom related. The soap/shampoo containers were difficult to use. I like that they don’t have individual (wasteful) soaps and shampoos, but the containers that the liquids are in are difficult to use. You have to squeeze with one hand and put the other hand underneath. I found them difficult to squeeze. Also the hair dryer was really sticky and gross to use. Clearly someone had used product on their hands before they used the hairdryer. It needs to be cleaned. I’d recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay for a nice or two.

“Nice Hotel/Clean/good Breakfast”

We stayed her in August of 2025 for one night passing through town. The place was clean and had friendly staff. They had a decent breakfast and a nice lobby with places to sit and some games. We stayed her in August of 2025 for one night passing through town. The place was clean and had friendly staff. They had a decent breakfast and a nice lobby with places to sit and some games. The only out of the ordinary thing that happened was right at 8 am, they cleaning lady was knocking on my door even though I had a do not disturb sign hanging on the door. Luckily, I was already up because normally I would still be asleep. I opened the door and she didn’t appear to speak a lick of English. Other than that, it was a nice place, would stay again.

“Love Hilton Hotels but....”

I love the ambiance of this hotel. It's very friendly and inviting. The only issue i have is the rooms are really small. I've always stayed in a Hilton family hotel, and this was my first time staying at this one in particular branch. The bathroom was quite spacious however not so much for living q… lisää
