This hotel has the Perfect location in downtown Lakeland. It is walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and the lake is just across the street. Beautiful old hotel in immaculate condition. All the staff are so friendly. Parking is valet or self parking. Beautiful big old-fashion porch that begs you to sit and relax. Rooms are super clean. No nasty carpets … The floors are wood/laminate which I Love. Food is super expensive. However complimentary hot fresh morning coffee is available at a small hallway station. Restaurant room is spectacular

It was OK. There isn't a pool. I had to call the front desk since the bathroom bottles of body wash and shampoo were almost out the day we checked in. We had paid for breakfast too, as part of the reservation and there is certainly a disconnect with the dining area and the reservations team. They t… lisää

It was OK. There isn't a pool. I had to call the front desk since the bathroom bottles of body wash and shampoo were almost out the day we checked in. We had paid for breakfast too, as part of the reservation and there is certainly a disconnect with the dining area and the reservations team. They tried to charge us for something we had already paid for, frustrating when we paid $250 a night. We stayed 3 nights.

“Nice place, but dark & noisy”

The location was great for us to visit our family just a few blocks away. The lobby is very pretty and the restaurant looked beautiful and charming, though we did not eat there. The location was great for us to visit our family just a few blocks away. The lobby is very pretty and the restaurant looked beautiful and charming, though we did not eat there. The front desk staff was very friendly and parking in the lot next to the hotel was super easy and close. The room was very dimly lit and the bathtub probably needs to be refurbished or replaced. The windows are not air tight as we felt cold air coming through. Also, the street is very noisy with cars revving their engines. There is also noise from people in the parking garage across the street. Luckily, all the noise died down by the time we went to sleep.
