“Very friendly staff”
When I initially checked in for my room, the staff was extremely friendly. They treated me like I was the only guest in the hotel. My room on the 2nd floor was a luxury hotel room. “Great hotel needs some work on service.”
Rooms and beds are super comfy. Coffee bar is great. Service in boitanos is non existent. Had to go to the bar to order and then no one visited us over our two hour stay.

“Lovely hotel, bad pillows”
The Kindler is very nice and was clean and in a great location. The size of the rooms are smaller, our room reminded me of a European hotel. However, the pillows are small and were honestly terrible. That’s the reason for four stars from me.
