This is a very good hotel in a small town. The first member of the staff that I encountered was very courteous, professional, and most importantly hospitable. Her name was Shelley and she was working the front desk when I arrived. I did not expect the level of customer service that I received. I figured a hotel in Livermore would be basic or average at best. Shelley's first impression continued while on my stay. I later encountered a woman named Stephanie, and a man named Alex that also work there. They too exhibited a level of customer service that I was not expecting. There are some gems working at this nice little hotel. Hopefully these employees stay around here awhile.

We had the BEST experience staying here. My son was getting married and we had a block of rooms. I called in the morning and spoke with Shelly at the front desk. She was just AWESOME! I asked her if there was any way I could check in early to get ready there and being the mother of the groom I had a lot of things to do that day. She not only was able to ask housekeeping to get my room ready for me early, but she accommodated my handicapped brother in law and my mother in law as well and put them on the first floor closest to the lobby so they would not have to walk so far. Then the next day she printed out some paperwork for us that we needed and found some boxes for me to pack up a bunch of extra stuff that we had from the wedding. Wow! I have never had such wonderful customer service at a hotel! Thank you Shelly for going above and beyond! We appreciate you so much! 😊

This hotel has rooms which seem to have been recently refurbished so are clean and modern in appearance. Bed was soft for us, but might be okay for others. Important note: There are no restaurants nearby. Closest fast food spot is not within walking distance and closest restaurant is several miles… lisää

“Great staff, poorly designed rooms”

All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Diana and Lupe greeted us in the morning, they were very welcoming and pleasant. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Diana and Lupe greeted us in the morning, they were very welcoming and pleasant. Diana made an exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of things to choose from. Unfortunately the room setup doesn't work well at all. The refrigerator and microwave are located at the entry of the room making it extremely inefficient. It's nowhere near where we're sitting to enjoy our food and drinks, absolutely makes no sense at all. Also, there's no place to put our luggage, not even a cubby where the nightstand used to be. There is no closet, instead there's a rack located in the center of the room right next to the TV. Also the TV doesn't rotate, it sits directly in front of the bed, thus making it difficult to watch from the sitting area of the room. It would be great if the rooms would be arranged to be more efficient and accommodating for the guests.
