Be sure to get your drivers license back from bartender at pool bar. We didn’t realize my husband didn’t have his license till a week later and we were leaving on a cruise and he needed it. I had to jump thru hoops to get it back when I feel it was there fault. First of all when they look at license to see if it matches name on room then give it back right then. Why hold onto it all day. Second at end of day when those girls closed the bar they knew they had someone’s license so why not take it to front desk so they can get it back to customer at checkout time to avoid all the problems I ended up having. I had to call looking for it a week later then had to pay and set up acct on usps and pay for it to be sent back to me. We were in a time crunch cuz fixing to leave on cruise. Never got license before we left for cruise. It took 2 weeks to arrive and apparently this has happened before cuz security lady told me she nailed someone’s license a few weeks ago that had same problem with not receiving it for a long time. So why not put a stop to that. A customer shouldn’t have to do all this for something that could’ve been avoided in first place if bartenders had gotten license back to customer or front desk before checkout

The resort could use upgrading. It is antiquated. The elevators are horrible especially during high traffic periods. We never received room service for the duration of our stay. We checked in on Friday at 4pm. There was a line to check in. Some people’s rooms were not ready. They have the a… lisää

The resort could use upgrading. It is antiquated. The elevators are horrible especially during high traffic periods. We never received room service for the duration of our stay. We checked in on Friday at 4pm. There was a line to check in. Some people’s rooms were not ready. They have the audacity to wait on the V.I.P. customers first as if we are not all paying customers. We checked out on Sunday at 10am. The sports bar was slow with our orders for both food and drinks .. I mean we sat about an hour before receiving any food. The adult pool was nice, however, their speakers were broken so they were using a blue tooth speaker which was not loud enough for music. Drago’s was good. The restrooms were all roped off all the time. It seemed like they were trying to force you to go to one restroom because they didn’t want to clean the others. The gym was horrific for a resort of that size. Outdated equipment, very few machines. The spa was closed so no spa day. The staff was just okay. I doubt I will ever return, but I did enjoy the pool. The resort has potential but needs attention starting with more staff. At a bare minimum I expected clean towels to be delivered to my room. Nothing. Smh
