“A real gem in the Crescent City!”
This was our first time staying at the Hotel Theo, but we will definitely be staying there again when we visit the Crescent City! “Great stay with my family”
Leslie and the team was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Boutique hotel with nostalgic nawlins vibe and within walking distance to most attractions in downtown. Rooms were comfortable and the value met expectations.

“Smooth Check-in, Solid Stay!”
Kerry took care of us at the front desk, and let me tell you, this man was the most professional and kind mannered person I’ve come across in a while. Absolutely no complaints. Beautiful stay. Great atmosphere. Would 1000% return and recommend! Kerry, you’re the man!

“A quaint, charming hotel with attentive & pleasant staff. I highly recommend this hotel.”
Everything about our stay was perfect. Being from N.O.' s my wife and I have had the high end hotel experience but prefer the more quaint personal touch that this hotel offered. From the staff, location, room was charming and clean. We love this place and will be back.

The staff was not very friendly during my stay. At check-in, nothing was explained about the property, and since it was my first time there, I would have appreciated a brief overview of the hotel amenities and restaurant hours.
