“The best hotel we've stayed at in a long time.”
My husband and I stayed one night and we were very impressed. When we arrived, we were told that our original room was not available but he upgraded us without any extra charge. “Almost perfect. Charging me after-the -fact for something I didn't order isn't setting well with me.”
We checked in on the 13th and checked out the following morning. In the process of checking out, the young lady asked if we ordered any sundries. On my surprise, I told her we ordered NOTHING. “Great coffe service!”
Nice, updated and clean facility. The coffee machine in the lobby was a winner. Very convenient to driving through Shreveport. Rooms and beds were good, lobby and parking excellent. One of the better BW+ experiences.
