“Mom and Dad weekend getaway”
So clean, so close to everything in the Old Port, comfortable, safe, staff is so friendly and helpful. We have stayed there before and will definitely be back again!

“Great Stay”
Great experience. Everyone working there was so friendly and accommodating. The location was great, the beds are comfortable and the hotel was very clean. The valet service was easy and they even provided a shuttle to the restaurant.

“Great location in the Old Port area”
The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good for a basic included breakfast, and the staff was friendly. We were able to walk everywhere very easily, including to Twelve for dinner, which was about a 15-20 minute walk. “great hotel”
This hotel has it all( although it is undergoing a big renovation to the lobby) The Location is terrific, the rooms are roomy, comfortable, and clean. We like Hyatt quality and service.

“Great time even w/ bed squeak”
Location was AMAZING… room was great except the bed squeak and toilet flushing issue.. had a great time.. just wish we didn’t have to rearrange the room to sleep.
