I've been in quite a few Residence Inns over my career, and most were excellent. This one was not. The property itself is nice, and despite being within a few hundred feet of I-95, quite quiet, plenty of parking, and convenient to our various destinations. While the beds were comfortable and the location convenient, we found the rooms to be in need of cleaning and update. The living room furniture was stained and dirty, and there was mold in the bath rooms - not clearly visible, but not hard to find. The swimming pool was cloudy, telling me it is not properly serviced. One of your two rooms had a toilet problem and the desk staff could not seem to understand that it was a maintenance issue, not a room servicing issue. The breakfast, which I had always found to be excellent, was no better than lower priced places, and they ran out of cereal mid-weekend. The food was decent, but certainly not what I'd come to expect from a Residence Inn. In short, this place fell far short of my expectations, especially considering the price we paid. Fortunately, we did not spend much time in the rooms. I would not return here again.

“Not very quiet or clean”

We stayed here due to a medical visit in the area. The rooms are nice but could use a better cleaning; there were fingerprints on the front of the microwave that we easily washed off. We stayed here due to a medical visit in the area. The rooms are nice but could use a better cleaning; there were fingerprints on the front of the microwave that we easily washed off. This is pretty disconcerting due to COVID still being an issue; especially for those of us with medical vulnerabilities. Maybe if the staff knows a guest is coming for a medical visit, there could be a different protocol for cleaning a room? We like this hotel in general, but it is so close to the highway that you do not get much rest.

Overall, the room was clean and well appointed. The room is showing its age though: There were no usb ports available in the room and the fridge’s compressor was making noise. The beds were a bit hard for our liking. The AC would not go below 68 and took a while to cool the room to that temp. … lisää

Overall, the room was clean and well appointed. The room is showing its age though: There were no usb ports available in the room and the fridge’s compressor was making noise. The beds were a bit hard for our liking. The AC would not go below 68 and took a while to cool the room to that temp. With so many options in the area - we will likely stay somewhere else next time.
