“Typical courtyard”

It is a a typical Courtyard by Marriott. Nice room and hotel with decent food/bar in lobby. It served it purpose for a quick in and out sty for a meeting near hotel and Dulles airport. The airport shuttle was also helpful. Would sty again if the same work trip presented itself.

24 hour shuttle. That is why I booked here. I also have a Marriott rewards card, so I received points. I booked at the beginning and end of my trip out of state. They allowed me to leave my car, but I paid for parking (less than the airport charges). The bed was comfortable, the doors to the bathroom were weird (split like saloon doors) and they showed water damage due to the shower not being enclosed all the way. The bar was not attended well, and they charged me for a meal that I never ordered. I had ordered a beer ($7.70). They emailed my receipt, and when I got home I noticed the $32.06 charge for food. The manager was kind enough to refund my card. I recommend always asking for a printed receipt and maybe cash for the bar? It was less expensive than the other Marriotts around, and it was a good night's sleep.

“Solid airport hotel”

We had a Suite with 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa bed for a 2 night stay at the start of a vacation after a transatlantic flight. Hotel provides a shuttle from and to the airport terminal. We had a Suite with 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa bed for a 2 night stay at the start of a vacation after a transatlantic flight. Hotel provides a shuttle from and to the airport terminal. This worked well for us and the drivers could not have been more helpful We were allocated an accessible Suite which was large and relatively sparsely furnished. Though everything worked and the suite was fine for our needs. We were in the hotel at the weekend and the noise levels from both within and without were very low. The hotel is within walking distance of a Metro station and so DC city centre can readily be reached without the need of a car. Our room rate included breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised with the variety and quality of the food provided. IMHO, this hotel certainly offered us good value at the start of our vacation.

Decent airport hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms. I booked a stay including breakfast, the breakfast was extremely limited.
