“Nice Hotel”

Very nice people here. Easy check in and check out. Room was nice and convenient. Breakfast was good the next morning. Would recommend this hotel for anyone flying in looking for a nice place to stay. Shuttle from the airport was a plus. It made it easy transporttaion.

The hotel was very close to the blue line subway which was very helpful to our family since we used the subway a lot to get around town. Rooms were roomy and clean and breakfast was very good, too. The hotel was very close to the blue line subway which was very helpful to our family since we used the subway a lot to get around town. Rooms were roomy and clean and breakfast was very good, too. However, there was only one towel hook in the bathroom. Since there were three of us staying in the room, it was shard to find a place to hang up our wet towels. Also, there was no luggage rack in the room. Plenty of space to have one in the room but the front desk told me that the hotel does not provide luggage racks...weird. They don't cost that much. Just saying. Room service is only upon request even though there are no signs anywhere in the rooms to let you know. So we were not aware. We requested room service for our two rooms on the 2nd day and still our rooms were not cleaned. A little disappointing.. The front desk staff was always very helpful with any questions we had and provided us with towels and other necessities since our rooms were not cleaned. Overall the hotel is nice and looks new or was recently remodeled. However some amenities that are a given in other hotels were not provided at this hotel so for that I will give this hotel a 3.5. Since there is no 3.5 option I will round it up to 4.
