Only gave it four because it’s not a five-star hotel but it’s a five-star stay at a four-star hotel! Love the location. Close to the T. Food and shopping options in the area are many and varied. The staff are pleasant and kind. I had a problem with my digital key working on the elevator and the gentleman tried to reset it and apologized multiple times for the trouble. This hotel is clean, smells good, has good parking in a safe area. Rooms are spacious and I love the suite. This is our favorite hotel in the area. It has everything we need.

“Parking improvements needed”

What I love about the hotel is the location and the amenities. It is within walking distance to Target, Macy’s, AMC theater and good restaurants. It provides gym, and free breakfast. What I love about the hotel is the location and the amenities. It is within walking distance to Target, Macy’s, AMC theater and good restaurants. It provides gym, and free breakfast. Now let’s talk about the parking situation there. Since this hotel is located nearby residential areas, the hotel parking spaces are limited by the abuse of the spaces by the non-hotel guests. Would appreciate that the hotel takes measures like towing the cars of non-hotel guests, or installing gate at the parking areas and/or installing cameras at the parking lots to ensure that each guests get a parking spot. I hope that Hilton management will take this seriously. I would have given a 5 star had it not been the nightmare of finding a parking spot.

“Decent stay, but Digital Key did not open room”

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I like to stay at different properties across the Hilton portfolio. A trip to Boston and ease of getting there by train brought me to this property. As is customary, the day before arrival I checked in digitally and chose my room. So far, so good. One ex… lisää

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I like to stay at different properties across the Hilton portfolio. A trip to Boston and ease of getting there by train brought me to this property. As is customary, the day before arrival I checked in digitally and chose my room. So far, so good. One expects every element of the chain's amenities to work flawlessly, and usually they do. What usually happens is that on the day of arrival, the Digital Key is sent to me and as Hilton advertises, it allows me to bypass the front desk and head directly to my room. I did just that, and the Digital Key did not work at all to get me into the room. Now I had to return downstairs to the desk and check-in anyway and obtain a plastic key. This took more time and extra steps as I now had to wait behind other people who had issues with their check-in. After I got my plastic key, I went back to the room. You should know that the Digital Key DID work, just not in my room, but it did give access to the front door at night, and to the elevator. And, to both the men's bathroom and women's bathroom on the lobby floor -- one which I never used and the other I wasn't allowed to use. The suite was satisfactory, and it was ample size for my belongings. A typical studio suite at Home2 involves a hospital-like curtain that closes off the bed from the sofa area. Bathroom had plenty of space for toiletries. Breakfast was OK. Obviously checkout had to be in person since I owned one of their plastic keys which needed to be returned despite my ability to check out via the Hilton app. In all it was a convenient place to stay within a major city, with the amenities of plenty of nearby places to eat and shop if desired. But those running the property need to get ALL of the Hilton amenities up and running and functioning properly.
