My husband was going in for heart surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and I needed a place nearby to stay. We chose the Hilton Garden Inn Brookline and I’m glad we did. Very conveniently located close to the hospital. Some people may be able to walk the distance, although not this old lady. We had to check in at the hospital at 5 AM and the valet staff was very accommodating, even at that early hour. They do charge $45 a day for valet parking, there is no self parking option. However, they do have a shuttle to the hospitals that run every half hour. The shuttle driver was very friendly and kind and helped me get in and out of the van. My husband ended up needing several extra days. The front desk Staff was very accommodating for the additional days. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I was very comfortable during my stay.

First time here and enjoying it. I read reviews about the traffic noise, but if you do a digital check in, you can choose your room ahead of time. Looking on the map, the quieter side is the Riverway side, with Brookline and Washington noisier. That being said, you are going to hear noise, but it's muffled and unbothersome. Nut floor to ceiling windows give a great view, and let a lot of light in. Fresh smelling everywhere, like air freshener or a cleaning product, but not offensive and did not trigger any allergies. 2 queen room is very spacious. I appreciated the sensor light in the entrance way outside the bathroom, so it turns on when getting up in the middle of the night. Bedside outlets have usb charging. A microwave, fridge & coffee machine with keurig pods. It does have a hairdryer in the closet storage if you don't see it in the bathroom. Complimentary apples and bananas near the snack purchase area. Staff incredibly friendly, and work well together, it's a relaxed family feel and great with package deliveries if you need to send ahead. I didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on that, but being vegetarian there wasn't much options on their menu. An easy walk to the medical area (3 blocks I think) if you are mobile and weather is nice. Though I like the kitchinette of the other close by hotel suites, this is more relaxed and friendlier. Also saw families using the pool which is open til 10pm.

“Had to visit granddaughter in the hospital”

Valet rude,had to get another pizza the first one was burnt. Heat not high enough, blood on tun. Rest of the staff friendly. Bed comfortable.

Sleep was constantly interrupted due to the ac unit blasting on and off. Traffic outside was constant. Husband during morning. Shower bathroom lights went off and he almost fell. Room was ok but thought with status of Hilton gold would have gotten an upgrade. Family with us with no level ended… lisää

Room was ok but thought with status of Hilton gold would have gotten an upgrade. Family with us with no level ended up with room 2 x the size. Restaurant food was very good. All employees were very helpful nd polite But would I stay here again? NO
