“Great area!”

Many restaurants and stores to walk to. Area was very walkable. Don’t count in an early morning coffee as their coffee and breakfast bar does not open until 630am. Pro tip: There is a Starbucks just around the corner!

Spent one night in late January. Driving up to the building there was a massive amount of construction materials scattered around. Never a good sign !! Spent one night in late January. Driving up to the building there was a massive amount of construction materials scattered around. Never a good sign !! Driving into the garage it was tight and cluttered, also because of construction material. When we got to the front desk the rep said our room would be away from the construction. He was correct. But clearly the normal operation of the property was impacted by the ongoing work. Only one elevator worked. It was very slow servicing both the guests and the construction workers. You would think they'd make some accommodation because of the construction. Something simple, maybe complementary coffee, or free parking for guests. But no, $6.50 coffee, and $50.00 parking. Maybe even an extra employee at the food concession to handle added demand brought on by the construction workers coming to work in the morning. I spent 20 minutes trying to get a cup of coffee. That's simply unacceptable !! Beyond the poorly orchestrated construction efforts, my room was dark with NO lights near the desk, and no light in the shower. Additionally, we a had a hot water issue, and the tub did not drain quickly enough. I should not be ankle deep in water while taking a shower. Otherwise the room was clean and the staff was nice enough.

“Just OK”

Been here before and it never really improves. Very helpful staff. The exit at the garage never seems to work. The price equals a 4 or 5 star hotel, but the rooms are not at that level. Good neighorbood.
