Hotel was ok. Beds were comfortable, but the shower was leaking and had obviously been like that for a while because there was water damage to the bottom of the door. Breakfast was meh. Not much for hot choices and the breakfast room wasn’t attended well- items ran out and crumbs everywhere. Maintenance fixed the shower promptly which was appreciated.

“Can’t get enough of this place!”

All Seasons holds a very special place in my heart. My family was the VERY FIRST customers back in 1985 (different ownership of course) but I have been coming here on and off for 40 years. All Seasons holds a very special place in my heart. My family was the VERY FIRST customers back in 1985 (different ownership of course) but I have been coming here on and off for 40 years. Overall, the upkeep has been consistent and the place looks AMAZING! In fact, the renovations that they have done were great choices and smart investments while still keeping some of the original charm! Everything is up to date, clean and classic all at once. The best part of this hotel was the pool temperature! We can’t say enough good things about this aspect as we could throughly enjoy our pool time with the whole family without getting too chilly like you often exerience at other hotels. However, there are a few things that could be considered when thinking about needs improvement. For starters, most of the workers were more like robots and had no interest in engaging with the guests. A smile can go a long way!!! This does NOT speak for ALL however, as we had a nice encounter with one worker who was very helpful and kind. Another thing that could be updated would be the fridge in the room, not only is it quite small but the freezer had significant ice buildup which we had to resolve. Another thing that wasn’t ideal was the tv remote, as it would not properly work for the volume, we had the choice of loud or mute. Lastly, the breakfast wasn’t terrible but could use a little improvement on quality and variety. We were grateful for this amenity regardless. Overall, we will be back and enjoyed our visit! The positives definitely outweighed the negatives. I look forward to making new memories here with my family as I did growing up!

“Growing Pains, or just off season?”

Stayed here for a few days to celebrate NYE, and do the Polar Plunge. Recent convert to Wyndham from a Clarion (Choice) Hotel. Still had Choice materials at the front desk showing property layout. Pros: Clean, well lit hallways. Free parking. Clean rooms. Friendly housekeeping staff. Nice pool and … lisää

Stayed here for a few days to celebrate NYE, and do the Polar Plunge. Recent convert to Wyndham from a Clarion (Choice) Hotel. Still had Choice materials at the front desk showing property layout. Pros: Clean, well lit hallways. Free parking. Clean rooms. Friendly housekeeping staff. Nice pool and hot tub (when working). Very convenient to all area amenities. Outdoor pool and play areas for kids looked great. Great price. Excellent WiFi coverage. Cons: Room was compact. Safe did not work. T.V volume would always revert to low no matter how high it was set to. Breakfast was one of the most sparse for a Wyndham property. All carbs except for a few apples. There was no instructions for use of the waffle maker, which led to a guest doing a disastrous attempt that left it inoperable. It was back in action the next day. I suggest You get the instruction promo from the manufacturer and post it! Add some proteins like the rest of the Wyndham properties do. The hot tub was open, then the next day was closed "for repairs", despite functioning quite well the day before! We had the patio furniture stored in the room (table/2 chairs) taking up what limited free space there was. Within minutes of placing it on the patio, maintenance worker knocks on the door and told us to bring it inside right away because of snow storm forecast (dusting to light snow). We told Him we would like to sit out there, and would bring it in when done. He then replied that He would be watching. What a pain to bring in and out every time You wanted to enjoy a beverage in the fresh air on the patio! Overall: A nice property situated well on the Cape. Clean and well lit in and out. We will try it here again, when back on Cape.

The TV had to be reset every night by the Staff because the volume would not decrease. The Staff were rude when we asked them to reset it. There are safes in the room, but they are inoperable. The TV had to be reset every night by the Staff because the volume would not decrease. The Staff were rude when we asked them to reset it. There are safes in the room, but they are inoperable. We were told that they run on special batteries and needed to be ordered. This was in both rooms that we booked. Breakfast opened at 7:00 AM and was ok except that the coffee was not drinkable. We asked if we could use the Keurig maker in the lobby and were told not until after 10:00 AM. Several guests were complaining about this too.
