“First time on Cape Cod….loved it!”
First time on the Cape and pleasantly surprised on how peaceful and beautiful it was. Visiting after Labor Day was awesome and no crowds and had the beach almost to ourselves. “Beautiful beachfront location”
Tom and Debbie could not have been more gracious, helpful, friendly or accommodating. I had a wonderful stay. The place is right on the beach, so the location is wonderful. You will love it here.

“The perfect beach vacation on the Cape!”
I visited Cape Cod for the first time and stayed at By the Sea Guests Bed and Breakfast. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great, our room was very clean, and waking up right on the beach is truly the best! “Upgrade”
We ended up at By the Sea after our room at adjoining motel didn't have heat or other available rooms. Once we looked at the room offered as a option, we fell in love with it.
