“Fantastic weekend”
My wife and I had a fantastic time during our stay at Gateways Inn. The breakfast was delicious, the room was cozy and warm, and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Couldn't beat the location from the historic Lenox downtown shops either. Lovely place that made it a memorable weekend!

“A Delightful Experience”
We had a wonderful stay at this Lenox MA inn. It’s very close and walkable to the center of town, so convenient. The staff is friendly and accomodating; the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. “Charming Old Inn”
Gateways Inn is charming but be aware that like most BnBs in the Berkshires, it is old. The heating pipes are loud at night. I think our bed may have been broken. The Keurig was hard to use, but I find that true in most hotels. The in-room fireplace is very nice in winter. The staff was very friend… lisää

“Nice option, but misses slightly.”
The outside of the building is attractive and the location is great. Inside things are nice but there are several things that keep it from being a top-tier experience. “Outstanding food and great service”
Absolutely outstanding food and ambience. We arrived for dinner and the pianist was playing on arrival he was exceptional throughout the evening.
