“Great option for downtown New Bedford”
The hotel is beautiful with well maintained, clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free parking is a few blocks away but on street parking is free on the weekends. We’ll definitely be returning here next time we’re in New Bedford.

“Decent for a quick stay”
Overall, the room quality is not great. There was only one towel in the bathroom upon check-in and there was hair in the shower before I used it. I only stayed one night. “Customer service nonexistent!”
I checked in at 4:00 pm and none of my 3 booked rooms were ready. The woman at the desk was annoyed that I was upset. “It's OK, could be amazing”
It's so cute and clean- if they tweaked a few things it would be perfect! Although all staff were nice they were just sitting around talking to each other.
