We had a lot of drama at the airport in Dallas and got to Boston 3 hours late. We were tired when we landed and so over traveling. AJ was a godsend. I had messaged the hotel with updates on our arrival time and he was so helpful and just a joy. Our shuttle driver was great to, but i can’t recall his name. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day. We liked it so much we are booking it for our last night too.

“Good airport hotel, nice employees”

I needed a hotel with a free airport shuttle and the Four Points in Revere had a good price. It's an older building but seemed somewhat updated and the rooms were nice, but the hotel still felt a little tired and could use a refresh. Bed was particularly comfortable. I needed a hotel with a free airport shuttle and the Four Points in Revere had a good price. It's an older building but seemed somewhat updated and the rooms were nice, but the hotel still felt a little tired and could use a refresh. Bed was particularly comfortable. Appreciated the complimentary bottle of water in the room. Only real let down here is the area around the hotel didn't look that great, but you can walk to a shopping center next door with a pizza restaurant and some fast food places. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful, even ordering me an Uber (at their expense) when the airport shuttle was late. A very nice gesture, thank you! For a quick stay overnight with free airport shuttle and comfortable bed at a fair price, this is a good option.

“Park n fly package with construction on premises.”

The hotel is doing renovations. We were assigned a room on the 3rd but just above us contractors were making a lot of noise removing sheetrock and other demolitions until 7:00 pm. We were move to the 2nd floor where is was less noisy. Cleaning staff should have been on site later in the day to vacu… lisää

The hotel is doing renovations. We were assigned a room on the 3rd but just above us contractors were making a lot of noise removing sheetrock and other demolitions until 7:00 pm. We were move to the 2nd floor where is was less noisy. Cleaning staff should have been on site later in the day to vacuum common areas and wipe down dust everywhere including in the elevator where contractors were carry demo debris outside. Very messy.

“Outdated amenities”

Start to finish, just wasn’t super impressed with this hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly. But called ahead to have rollaway bed in place because we were arriving late with our kiddo. It wasn’t there. They did get it quickly though. Breakfast was only so so. The usual eggs, bacon, yogurt, … lisää

It wasn’t there. They did get it quickly though. Breakfast was only so so. The usual eggs, bacon, yogurt, oatmeal. But no flavored coffee creamers. And the seating area was really outdated with old chairs and wobbly tables. The room was nice and clean. But there is NO pressure in the shower. It’s just a mist. And there are no streaming options on the TV. Which would’ve been fine except we promised a move night after we went to the pool and it was too cold (in the water and air) to swim, and with no hot tub.
