Comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield, MA downtown. The parking lot/area is within walking distance of the hotel but lots of minor hills and uneven pavement. We had a 3 day stay at Holiday Inn Express, Springfield, MA and were very pleased with the cleanliness, staff, and the complimentary breakfast offered each morning. We had a 3 day stay at Holiday Inn Express, Springfield, MA and were very pleased with the cleanliness, staff, and the complimentary breakfast offered each morning. Staff in the dining area was very hospitable and friendly. The downside was the area surrounding the hotel. My husband and I like to walk however did not feel safe so opted not to leave the hotel until we were going by car. I did use the treadmill in the exercise room but would have enjoyed a walk outside.

“Very very nice hotel in the downtown area!”

Stayed there for a couple of nights last week. Room was very nice and wide with very tall ceilings. Breakfast is why I’m giving this a 4 instead of 5. But as we all know, breakfasts can always be better at hotels. I was very impressed there was no outside noise inside the hotel from the traffic… lisää

But as we all know, breakfasts can always be better at hotels. I was very impressed there was no outside noise inside the hotel from the traffic outside and the interstate.
