This is our 4th time at this property and we had another excellent stay at the Home2 in Kalamazoo! Gersteen answered all of our questions before we checked in. This is our 4th time at this property and we had another excellent stay at the Home2 in Kalamazoo! Gersteen answered all of our questions before we checked in. Then, Drake helped us get all of the rooms updated to the appropriate name and with the proper cards on-file! The kids loved the pool. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels. We also enjoyed the outdoor space. It was a perfect place to have dinner and let the kids play. In the morning, Lisha and Willie had breakfast ready. They were both friendly and very attentive to keeping the food area clean and stocked for the MANY guests they were serving. Pip at the front desk arranged for us to keep one room for a late checkout so the kids could swim a little longer. She also helped us make sure all the payments were processed on the correct cards. Thank you, Home2 Kalamazoo, for hosting us again! It is something we all look forward to!

The hotel is very well run with a friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and well furnished with fully equipped kitchen supplies. Room cleaning was as advertised, every other day. The hotel is very well run with a friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and well furnished with fully equipped kitchen supplies. Room cleaning was as advertised, every other day. The breakfast offerings were substantial and the staff here and at the front desk very polite. Parking was secure and free, which was very helpful at a downtown location. The one item in need of attention is the in-room television service. The remote control was nearly impossible to use and difficult to understand.
