“Best around town”
Kelly Josh and Shannon are heaven sent I can’t thank them enough for all the help and comfort I received at my stay ! Great service clean pool area great lobby ! Thanks guys

What a treat! From Lauren at the front desk through our entire stay - all great! Lauren was such a delight to greet us. Room was spotless. Breakfast area just as neat and tidy. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Highly recommend!

“Lauren to the rescue”
Room was a great size and clean. Pool and hottub were spacious. Lauren at the front desk was absolutely incredible. She literally saved us. When we couldnt get a cab or ride back from the hockey game at Dow centre. She stayed on the phone with me the whole time, called a lyft for us and communicat… lisää

“Top Notch Service”
Stayed one night for a business event. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. What stood out was the excellent customer service I received from Shovana at check in. The staff that checked me out was very friendly too. I didn’t catch her name though. All and all top notch service!

“Overall good but not great!”
I wasn't greeted as a loyalty member or at all. Also, wasn't thanked for coming when leaving. The bedroom carpet had a stain; I saw a few ants in the room; and underneath the bed needs cleaning.
