“Good place to stay.”

Conveniently located off of the highway. We were greeted by a very friendly and positive night clerk, who gave us a choice of floors. Conveniently located off of the highway. We were greeted by a very friendly and positive night clerk, who gave us a choice of floors. Our king room was clean, although someone had cranked the AC down to 60 so the room was freezing. The heater was good enough to get it warm after an hour. The shower was hot with good water pressure - it's a walk in with no tub, the bed was comfy, no microwave but does have a refrigerator. The room needs a night stand on the other side, and the couch is super close to that side too. The breakfast was well stocked with scrambled eggs, breads, yogurt, waffles, juices and coffee.

“Old but it's alright”

Very tired looking hotel, but the staff was nice and the breakfast was decent. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that it really feels like an older hotel.

Only issue is the front entrance really SUCKS. The sidewalk is an inch or more from the pavement, NOT easy with the luggage cart, can't imagine if anyone is in a wheel chair. But that's not the only problem, then there is another inch of height when you get into the front doors. Again, very hard … lisää

Only issue is the front entrance really SUCKS. The sidewalk is an inch or more from the pavement, NOT easy with the luggage cart, can't imagine if anyone is in a wheel chair. But that's not the only problem, then there is another inch of height when you get into the front doors. Again, very hard for a full luggage cart to get in, especially when the doors are not automatic. Yes, there is a handicap button to push, but it only opens one of the double doors. Plus, maybe only because of me fighting to get the cart in, but to me it didn't seem like those doors day open long enough.

“Just ok, needs improvement”

We have stayed in many Best Westerns; this one was disappointing. I should have known right away because the entry door was full of fingerprints and so was the glass table in the lobby. We have stayed in many Best Westerns; this one was disappointing. I should have known right away because the entry door was full of fingerprints and so was the glass table in the lobby. Otherwise, the lobby area was very nicely redone. The room itself was pretty disappointing. Please don't trust the images on the website. The plus side was the room was pretty clean, and I am picky about that. The mattress had the plastic covering over it which I appreciate. The room was very outdated, the carpet was at least 30 years old, and the furniture was very scratched up and worn. the fridge was freezing with no way to lower the temperature so everything we put in it froze. The curtains were falling off the wall on one side like the bracket was coming out. The breakfast was excellent. That kind of made up for the disappointment of the room. also, the hallway and stairs were full of crumbs even after I heard housekeeping vacuuming. We would not stay here again.
