We stayed at this hotel after our flights were changed and we had to spend a night in MSP before going home. We grabbed the shuttle from the airport. Front desk staff was great at check in. We stayed at this hotel after our flights were changed and we had to spend a night in MSP before going home. We grabbed the shuttle from the airport. Front desk staff was great at check in. There is a great little bar/restaurant there and we had a bite to eat and enjoyed the meal and the service was super. The hotel is quite new and everything is clean and looks great. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were black out blinds on the windows-super dark room and so quiet! The shower had great water pressure and the towels were soft, fluffy and plenty of them. The bathroom also had great amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, etc. There was an in room coffee maker that was pretty good and also had a microwave and small fridge. There were extra blankets, a full size ironing board and iron as well and a room safe. In the lobby they have a snack bar where you can buy snacks, coffee, etc. as well as the full service restaurant. They have a breakfast buffet that is under $10. We grabbed the shuttle to the airport when we checked out the next morning. Great stay after a long, frustrating day and not getting home as planned.

“Great Location for Game Day and Shopping!”

This is a great location near the Metro stop, only about a four-minute walk from the hotel. Made it super easy and cheap to hop on and get to the Vikings game and return ($4 per adult and $2 per kid to ride all day). This is a great location near the Metro stop, only about a four-minute walk from the hotel. Made it super easy and cheap to hop on and get to the Vikings game and return ($4 per adult and $2 per kid to ride all day). The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and offered a free shuttle bus 24 hours to the Mall of America or the airport. The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was a good size. The only thing that felt missing was a hot tub in the pool area. Pool wasn't too big once you get some kids playing in there, and there's not a lot of space to sit and relax.

The hotel is situated at a 4 min, drive from the Mall en opposite the metro station that brings you in 45 min. to the center of Minneapolis. The rooms are good and clean, as is the bathroom. The hotel is situated at a 4 min, drive from the Mall en opposite the metro station that brings you in 45 min. to the center of Minneapolis. The rooms are good and clean, as is the bathroom. Housekeeping cleans after the third night, but fresh supplies are always available. The breakfast buffet is good with a lot of choices. The bar offers light evening meals that are of a good quality. Service at the bar and the buffet is good and very friendly. The hotel is also at a 10 min. drive from the airport. This does mean that there is some noise from departing airplanes, especially during week days.

I was hoping for a great stay here and it overall was decent except the cleanliness of the hotel room. The bathroom and floors were pretty gross. We only stayed for a few hours due to an early flight so I looked past it. The shuttle was decent being 24 hours however they charge you about the same amount for hotel parking even if you stay there.
