Love this location! I’ve stayed here several times over the years. One of the times I got Covid and don’t know it and they were very accommodating. I ended up there for 3 weeks and they were great. Recently I was dealing with my dad who was in the hospital and I had flown into help. With my situation changing by the hour, they made it easy for me to worry about what I was dealing with and not about my reservation. I highly recommend this location. Some of the best service consistently over the years and I’ve traveled the world and been a Hilton Diamond member for over 10 years and this place is up there with the best, service wise, and the rooms are nice as well.

“Great customer service”

Ka’Tina was very polite and helpful. I had to change rooms twice due to 2 of my rooms smelling really bad. After the second room she came up and seen for herself how bad they smelled. She was able to finally get me in a good room. Very helpful young lady. I would definitely give her 5 stars. Thanks… lisää

“Business trip to Brooklyn Park, MN”

I was traveling for business and am very glad I picked this property. It is located very close to the Corporate building I was visiting, which made for easy AM/PM commutes. I was traveling for business and am very glad I picked this property. It is located very close to the Corporate building I was visiting, which made for easy AM/PM commutes. The hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be recommending this location and will also stay here again myself. The breakfast was great as well and their was a really nice variety. I will definitely be back.

“No housekeeping for a 3 night stay.”

Had some issues but overall it was OK. Upon entering the lobby you were hit in the face with a cloud of pot smoke. Had some issues but overall it was OK. Upon entering the lobby you were hit in the face with a cloud of pot smoke. Not really the best 1st impression you want to make while entering a "Smoke Free" hotel. I had selected my room via the app before I checked in. When I got to the hotel at my selected arrival time my room was being occupied by someone else. After a lot of "Discussion" about having people select their room only to have them reassign it they did upgrade my room. The room was clean and quiet for being on the end of the hall near the express way. We were there for 3 nights. I was told housekeeping would be there every other day. This never happened. We did not have house keeping our entire stay. I asked the maid in the hall if she was going to clean our room and she said yes but it did not happen. I had to go to the lobby to get fresh towels. I would have given 5 stars if the room I selected was the one I was given, there was no pot smell in the lobby and my room was cleaned.
