“Will return”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean. Room was a comfortable size. Sofa and bed were both good places to sleep and the two ottomans provided made TV watching cozy. Amazing hotel and staff! First off, while using the Hilton app, we were able to pay a very small fee to upgrade our room to a much larger suite. That made our day! “Great stay”
Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Hot breakfast was the usual - eggs and potatoes along with waffles and oatmeal. They also had fruit, yogurt, breads and cereal. “Desk and attendants accomadating to disabled and service dog.”
I thought the folks running the place were accomadating to my needs for 100% VA disability. Stairs problem solved with first floor ground level room. Service dog had lots of surrounding grasslands and woods for her duties. Parking also good for handicapped customers. Breakfast run well.

“Overall, we were pleased with this hotel and its amenities, however, the rooms could have used more attention(dusting)”
We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Duluth and this one overall is best suited for our fam. Housekeeping had some attitude with us not being checked out at 9:45am. The wall in our room was full of blood splatter-kind of alarming. Breakfast was blah
