“Amazing customer service!”
My sister & I enjoyed our stay very much! Our room was clean & beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect as it was the center of our visit to Duluth. The customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful! Laura was so kind and we enjoyed talking with her!

“Meg is the Best!”
We stayed at The Holiday Inn Express and Suites on our way from one travel point to another. Meg was wonderful. She helped us with our reservation and generally made us feel incredibly welcome. She explained the hotel amenities and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you so much Meg!!

“Exceptional place with professional and compassionate employees”
Katie was amazing and helping us get a room. She had so much compassion to help us get out of the economy hotel nearby, which had cockroaches and no smoke detector. All of Duluth and near by area was booked, but Katie was able to get us into the Holiday Inn Express within an hour. When we did check… lisää

“Warm Welcome”
When checking in I was greeted with a warm welcome. Meg, is the perfect model person who you would like to welcome you. She was very pleasant and went through everything, leaving no questions unanswered.
