“unbelievable service”
I was there for a wedding event. My family was already at the venue. The woman at the front desk zipped me into my dress! The next day I thought I could call a Lyft to get me back to the venue 17 minutes away to collect my car. -There was no Lyft and the same front desk woman drove me to get it. S… lisää

“Will always stay here.”
Have stayed here several times and will continue. Have stayed there for the 100 miles garage sales and events in Pepin WI. Nice rooms. Pool and hot tub and great breakfast.

“Spotless but cold”
The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. Bed is comfy. Staff is lovely, Brought extra blanket within 2 minutes of calling. Excellent eagle theme art and decor. “Great hotel”
Great hotel, have stayed there several times. Only issue we had was some loud kids from a wedding party running up and down the halls and slamming doors still at 9 PM. They did quiet down after we asked the to be quiet.

Looks good at a glance. During the two night stay we found food on the floor, shredded cheese by the tub and pretzels by the end table. The large table had dried mud surrounding 2 chairs.
