“Little annoyances here and there”

The stay was fine, but little things provided annoyances here and there. I initially was assigned a room with a sink that drained slowly. The stay was fine, but little things provided annoyances here and there. I initially was assigned a room with a sink that drained slowly. In the next room, the desk chair had cracked vinyl on the arms, and the bathtub's slip-resistant coating showed significant wear. The bathroom vanity seemed a few inches too low, and no outlet was within range of the desk without using an extension cord. But the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the adjustable shower head provided a solid stream. The breakfast area was well-stocked, and staff kept the area and tables clean throughout the morning.

“Not the best but nice staff.”

We stayed January 7, 2025. The bed was VERY comfortable and we got to sleep easily, but got woke up at 4:00am to smoke detectors going off, there was no fire anywhere and it was hard to get back to sleep. The bed was VERY comfortable and we got to sleep easily, but got woke up at 4:00am to smoke detectors going off, there was no fire anywhere and it was hard to get back to sleep. There was no coffee pot in our room, the phone in our room didn't work, breakfast was lukewarm and they didn't have the omelets and turkey sausage that was advertised on their site. There was water dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen and a ladder there with ceiling junk all over the floor that we watched while we were eating. Front desk staff was very nice so that was the plus. Probably won't stay at this location again- have had better experiences at other Holiday Inns.

“Some issues”

The employees are very nice. The room needs a better cleaning. There are beginnings of mold in the shower. The corners in the bathroom by the tub are not clean. We had to go get more tissue and towels for day two. I don’t know if hotels no longer clean after the first day if you stay two days, but … lisää

The employees are very nice. The room needs a better cleaning. There are beginnings of mold in the shower. The corners in the bathroom by the tub are not clean. We had to go get more tissue and towels for day two. I don’t know if hotels no longer clean after the first day if you stay two days, but I know they used to do that or at least bring some more towels. Lots of dust on the lamp. The refrigerator rocked back and forth. Something was wrong with the air. It ran constantly, was loud, and never turned off. It was on auto.It made it headed to sleep. We finally had to just turn it off. We told them. They said it was checked, but something was definitely wrong with it. Some of the breakfast items which we’re supposed to be hot were cold on the first morning. We did not eat it on day two. We stayed there a few months ago, and it wasn’t this bad. On the bright side, the sheets were soft, and the bed was comfortable. I wish we had noticed they don’t have a pool, but that’s my fault.
