The manager, Basil, was clearly trained at a very high quality hospitality school. He was friendly, polished, eloquent and really took care of us. “Excellent service!”
Jay at the registration desk was terrific! She was friendly and thoughtful. She went the extra mile to ensure we has everything we needed to be comfortable. We needed bedding for the pull out couch. Jay cheerfully took care of us. She has a great smile. Great job, Jay!

“First time visitor”
The desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. The room was decently clean. There was some old food or drink marks on the walls that needed cleaning. The bed was comfortable and the biscuits for breakfast were the best I've seen at a hotel. Those who worked the breakfast area were courteous also.
