“Clean, quiet and comfortable.”

Our stay was nice. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Our TV didn’t work but we were ok with that. Shower was hot.

This hotel was less than impressive from the outside but the room was surprisingly updated, clean and clean peasant. Nothing fancy. This hotel was less than impressive from the outside but the room was surprisingly updated, clean and clean peasant. Nothing fancy. We were there for a family emergency and the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean, it smelled fresh and it had both a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast we did not eat, and it was a standard continental style. The only drawback was the fact that there is not an elevator and so you have to use stairs to get to the 2nd floor.

Location was good for us, comfortable bed, decent room, IKEA vibe in room, overall it was what we needed and clean. Breakfast was just ok-we ate elsewhere but also could afford to. Given the options we would definitely stay again. We were at this same location last year.

This Days Inn is both a motel and hotel. The ground floor rooms access is both outside and inside while you access the 2nd floor rooms from only inside. The second floor rooms are very nice being recently remodeled and it shows. The rooms are immaculate with wood like flooring, new bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The AC worked great and so did the shower with hot water. Be aware the second floor has no elevator. There is a safe in the room which is a nice touch except in the 5 nights I was there maintenance never showed up, (I requested several times), to change the batteries so it was useless. Apparently they show up when they want. They must be hanging out with the housekeepers because I only saw them once in the entire 5 days. I was responsible for changing my own sheets and towels. Also there is no coffee maker in the room which is a big drawback. I would stay here again if the price is right because it is very clean and remodeled but if the price is too high I might look at other hotels in Joplin that are higher scale.
