“Overnight stay in Billings.”

Great hotel. It is located in a busy section of town next door to a large medical center, so parking might be an issue if you arrive very late. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and work areas in room. Despite being next to a medical center the property was very quiet.

We stayed two nights, one at the beginning of our trip after a late flight and at the end of our trip before an early flight. We found the hotel comfortable and convenient. Appropriately priced.

The employees are very friendly and hospitable making check in and out easy peasy. They had cookies and popcorn for us upon check in but ran out for half the family with cookies since it was after 8pm when we arrived. The elevator helped us to our floor and our room was very clean. The employees are very friendly and hospitable making check in and out easy peasy. They had cookies and popcorn for us upon check in but ran out for half the family with cookies since it was after 8pm when we arrived. The elevator helped us to our floor and our room was very clean. Ours had one queen and one double along with a mini fridge, microwave, two luggage racks, iron, hairdryer as well as mini toiletries for the bathroom- shampoo, body wash, soap bar and makeup remover kit. There wasn’t any recycling in the room and didn’t notice any in the lobby or eating area. The beds were reasonably comfortable but did shake a bit when you move around. The AC seemed to not get cooler once it reached a certain temp but it cooled off the room enough for our needs. Breakfast- biscuits and gravy, premade omelettes, sausage, cereal and milk, apples and oranges, Costco muffins, yogurt, bread and bagels, oatmeal packets, waffle maker and syrup, PBJ packets and honey, juices, coffee…as well as vending machines $, ice machine, and a washer/dryer $ on the second floor. The hotel isn’t high end but has all the basic amenities plus a nice layout for breakfast along with friendly staff for a more reasonable price than many other options in the area. So if you’re looking for a nice clean place with food and friendly faces, without tons of extra frills this is an excellent option! We would stay again if we are passing through.

This hotel has clean, comfortable rooms and is conveniently located near the airport, medical facilities and downtown. We stayed one night flying into Billings after midnight and one night before flying out early. They offer complimentary hot breakfast with the basics - eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, juices, coffee, cereals & milk. The breakfast area is bright and cozy, but finding space to sit when they are most busy can be difficult. They do stick to the breakfast hours (at 9AM they promptly turned off the juice machine and cleaned up all breakfast items). There was a medical consult taking place at a table in the dining area during breakfast hours the first morning we were there and it made an otherwise enjoyable breakfast uncomfortable as the conversation was loud and definitely not following HIPA as we all heard about her back and foot pain, medical history, etc… When we went to check in our second visit (returning home) there was some confusion at the desk as there were two in our family checking in for two separate rooms with the same last name. The rooms were different - one king and one double. The desk staff asked for ID and credit card, seeing the names but still made the mistake of assigning the rooms to the wrong families. Because of the hassle it appeared it would have been to get the paperwork and details fixed through the desk, we just swapped keys and made the correction ourselves. That was a little frustrating but admittedly she seemed quite busy and distracted when we were checked in with phones ringing and a line of people waiting (3 groups). Overall the rooms are clean and comfortable and basic, but perfect for a good night sleep and hot shower with breakfast.
