COMFORT INNS continues to be a reliable accommodation for people such as myself booking as a CHOICE PRIVILEDGE member on the interwebs and sight unseen. A big "thanks" to RECEPTION people (BUD & MORGAN) for friendly and quick check-in which I needed at the end of a long driving day. The room was great although I did have to solve a bit of a windy noise problem with the windows (some weather stripping in the track is needed) but the room was excellent in all areas; cleanliness, sleep comfort, washroom supplies...etc.... The only complaint I have (with a LOT of the southern motels BTW) is the DIRECT TV service they provide. This TV had no control over the channel guide and I had to arduously flip through ALLLLLL the channels without access to an actual GUIDE on the remote. A minor problem but annoying nonetheless. Like most of my CHOICE HOTELS on this trip from YUMA, AZ they provide an EXCELLENT breakfast selection well worth the stay.

“The best!”

Everyone working at this hotel is always so friendly, front desk and breakfast. Their breakfast is always so good! We stay here every year on our way through. It is conveniently located just off the highway.

What a nice hotel Bfast really goodwith hot and cold variety Bedding comfortable along either side the pillows Really liked how clean inside hot tub and pool and stayed open late

We have never stayed at a crystal inn but the reviews were so good that we had to try it. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, front desk was amazing and friendly. The only issue I had and this was minor, the styrafoam cups for coffee were flimsy and small, they also had regular mugs … lisää

The only issue I had and this was minor, the styrafoam cups for coffee were flimsy and small, they also had regular mugs but we wanted to take our coffee out. We should have brought our own coffee thermos. The lady at breakfast was very nice but asked me 4 times to fill out the survey in the course of my 15 mins at breakfast, I found myself avoiding her since it felt too pushy. Overall it was a great stay and we would come back again.
