The AC worked well and was quiet They had a good gym, pool, and hot tub the bed was comfortable and sleep quality was good. breakfast was good. overall a fine stay.

Room was nicely decorated, had a comfortable bed, and more importantly had comfortable pillows. It is well located in Helena, which is a very interesting city. Room was nicely decorated, had a comfortable bed, and more importantly had comfortable pillows. It is well located in Helena, which is a very interesting city. The breakfast was wonderful with quite an array of foods... good coffee and good orange juice. Two complaints.... 1) The shower is incredibly slick with the grab bar on the wrong end of the tub to get in or out. I nearly fell. 2) The second complaint was with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Water from the shower got on the floor and I used the white washcloth to wipe it up. The washcloth came up filthy. That shouldn't happen! That may have been one bad housekeeper, but the supervisor should be checking those things.

“A Good Stay”

We have stayed here on a few occasions while travelling between Calgary and California. Th staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean, the breakfasts are tasty. We enjoyed our quiet night, slept well, had breakfast in the dining area adjoining the lobby, and went on our way. No complaints.

“Could use an exterior deep clean”

Although the room was clean and the bed comfy, it was hard to shake the bad vibe we got from walking in to the hotel and speaking with the man at the desk. Although the room was clean and the bed comfy, it was hard to shake the bad vibe we got from walking in to the hotel and speaking with the man at the desk. There were bird droppings around all the pillars near the entrance, bird feathers and more droppings on the rug outside the door, and debris collected in the corners near the entrance. The man at the desk’s attitude conveyed what we felt was his desire to be anywhere other than where he was. In other words, not a welcoming environment! We did not eat breakfast, so cannot comment on that. The woman at the desk when we checked out was pleasant, but walking over those bird feathers and droppings out through the cloud of smoke from the cigarette smokers at the bench outside of the front door just made us not want to return.
