“Very basic, but CLEAN!”

It was fine for a quick overnight. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean, but there were NO extras. It was very basic which fit our needs for a quick sleep before hitting the road. It was fine for a quick overnight. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean, but there were NO extras. It was very basic which fit our needs for a quick sleep before hitting the road. The breakfast was awful! There was no hot water for coffee or oatmeal. The Keurig was empty of water too. The cold cereal was OK, but the choices were Raisin Bran or Cheerios. The doughnuts were hard and the fridge where the milk was kept was cold. I would recommend this motel because it was so comfy, but also recommend that you plan on breakfast out.

“Some good, some not-so-good”

This seems like an old property. The room could use some updating, but it didn't bother us. There was plenty of furniture: two nice beds, a large desk/table, another table, a night stand, and a mini-fridge with a medium-sized freezer. Very nice. This seems like an old property. The room could use some updating, but it didn't bother us. There was plenty of furniture: two nice beds, a large desk/table, another table, a night stand, and a mini-fridge with a medium-sized freezer. Very nice. As far as we could see, everything was clean and the A/C worked well. And our favorite feature--first-floor rooms have TWO doors! The "front door" opens onto an interior hallway with access to the front desk, ice and vending machines and coffee. The "back door" opens onto the parking lot, where our car's front bumper was parked literally five feet from our door. Very convenient! We were less enthusiastic about the following qualities. 1. There was a strong, almost overpowering odor in the room when we arrived. It smelled like a mega dose of some sort of air freshener or odor-masking chemical. It made us wonder if the hotel staff was hiding something. But we were tired, so we stayed. 2. There was almost no useful electrical outlet for electronics. This is not unusual for older properties, but it's 2026. By now, many/most older motels/hotels with old wiring have solved this problem by installing lamps with outlets on them. We did most of our work standing at the bathroom sink or sitting in the corner on the floor. Not comfortable. 3. The WiFi cut in and out--more out than in. To be fair, there was a heavy cloud cover during the afternoon and evening we were there. My 5G didn't work great either. But usually, we expect WiFi to handle what 5G cannot. My husband and I finally gave up and each of us decided just to read a book. That worked OK for us, but if we really had needed that connectivity, we would have had a problem.
