I liked this hotel a lot. It’s on the strip but at one end, so you can be part of the action but also not. The hotel is so big you can spend an entire 2-3 day stay just inside if you wish. I liked this hotel a lot. It’s on the strip but at one end, so you can be part of the action but also not. The hotel is so big you can spend an entire 2-3 day stay just inside if you wish. Several pools, many restaurants. The rooms are enormous. I found the service very good though the lines to check in and out were ridiculously long, 30 plus minutes to wait on Saturday. Also,I went to get breakfast included in my package an was turned away from four different restaurants. Even as a hotel guest you have to book or you won’t get fed. That sucks when breakfast is included. The view of the strip from some rooms is great worth an upgrade You You My You

“Loved vegas , hotel was ok!”

Lovely hotel , big , clean and stunning . I would say it's probably a bit too far out of the way of main strip. It's also so expensive , but this is vegas, however $40 for a cocktail eek. Some of the staff were friendly , others not so much. The rooms were lovely and we had a great view of the sphere. The cleaning was a bit lazy. They would make beds and clean bathroom but not tidy up the rubbish or the bins? Quite weird? The service by the pool was slow. 20 minutes to bring 2 bottles of water. But we had the best holiday in vegas and will return! As it's a new hotel I expect probably some teething problems but it could be amazing !

“Beautiful hotel but very dirty spa , disappointed .”

Beautiful hotel ! I was soooo looking forward to the spa . It is gorgeous with a lot of nice features . BUT , it was beyond nasty and way too crowded ! I had booked two massages and went early to enjoy the nice amenities . It was gross ! There were so many people you waited . In front of everyone… lisää

Beautiful hotel ! I was soooo looking forward to the spa . It is gorgeous with a lot of nice features . BUT , it was beyond nasty and way too crowded ! I had booked two massages and went early to enjoy the nice amenities . It was gross ! There were so many people you waited . In front of everyone , a man turned himself towards the jets that were intended for your hips and had it … jet on his privates … I could not have left soon enough . I returned home the next day with a UTI and then flu . I am positive this is where I was infected . They just could not keep up with the crowd and wanted that 200 buck fee for usage rather than allowing , like most world class spas , the treatment clients to enjoy . I tried addressing ( not aggressively ) so no outcome . While I loved the hotel , I am disappointed that the Zillow conference will be there again this fall .

“Missing The Keys That Would Make it a Luxury Hotel”

This is a very nice property but it has a few important and significant drawbacks. The Fountainebleu bills itself as a luxury property. This is a very nice property but it has a few important and significant drawbacks. The Fountainebleu bills itself as a luxury property. I found the room I stayed in to be nice but the housekeeping staff did a poor job of cleaning (even before my arrival because there was a disgusting stain on a bar stool in the kitchen area of the suite). A place like the Wynn would never let this happen. And while this may seem minor, the toilet paper is single ply -- definitely a cheap out move! While the location is not ideal, I could live with that if there were more expansive and a better range of food options. There is no good breakfast option like there is Sadelle's at Bellagio or Terrace Pointe at Wynn. The so-called food court is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Management needs to do a better job of ensuring rooms are clean and owners need to use some of the empty space to expand the food options.
