We stayed on July 4th for one night. Lady who checked us in was accommodating, polite & we appreciate her giving us all the Marriott Bonvoy’s perks we are entitled to as higher tier members. Room was comfortable & everything worked. However, we had an issue with some of the things related to the cleanliness of the room, and when I went back to the front desk, they had another lady on duty, who was dismissive, had an attitude & denied me speaking with the manager. She was still there the following morning & her attire partially revealed cleavage when she was leaning forward or moving. Just like any Courtyard by Marriott, hotel had a bistro, which we did not utilize, because we decided it would be a better value to go out to breakfast. I really appreciate pool & hot tub being functional during our stay. All in all, this was not the best experience ever, but certainly not the worse & we would most likely return if our travels would bring us to the area.

“A mixed bag, but would recommend”

I stayed 5 nights at the Courtyard Concord. The beds are extremely comfortable, excellent down pillows, super friendly staff, and it’s in a great location - only a couple minute drive to the city’s main street. I stayed 5 nights at the Courtyard Concord. The beds are extremely comfortable, excellent down pillows, super friendly staff, and it’s in a great location - only a couple minute drive to the city’s main street. Unfortunately, I had to knock a few stars because I experienced two rooms over my 5 nights. I asked to be moved to a new room after the first night in a room right next to the elevator. As a light sleeper, this simply did not work. They were so nice about changing my room, and that was not the reason for my star deduction. I noticed, however, upon changing rooms, how vastly different two rooms of the same type (both standard king rooms) were in this hotel. The room next to the elevator made sleeping problematic and also featured a broken TV and a phone that flashed no matter how many times the “messages” were checked. The room farther from the elevator was much quieter and the tv worked, but it was also missing things. That room was missing the microwave, makeup mirror, post it notes and pen, and “do not disturb” door sign that the elevator room had. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel, but the rooms are very inconsistent, so explicitly state up front if you require any of the missing items I noted above! They exist in some rooms but not all.

Hotel was ok. Multiple Black hairs in our tub upon arrival . Pillows are super flat and uncomfortable. Extremely rude woman at the front desk. Found out she was also rude to 2 others in our group as well. Another front desk lady was nice as can be and we loved the area to sit in the lobby and enjoy… lisää

Found out she was also rude to 2 others in our group as well. Another front desk lady was nice as can be and we loved the area to sit in the lobby and enjoy snacks and drinks with friends. Rooms were clean and nice other than the tub.
