Stayed there because it was close to a concert venue in Gilford. Please looks brand new - room was super clean. Service was excellent. The women cooking the complementary buffet breakfast was king and said she would cook me any style eggs if I did not like scrambled. Breakfast was also expected to end at 9am, she kept it open a bit longer as I think she knew a lot of people were sleeping in after the show. just the type of hotel you want to stay at when away from home - will 100% stay there again. Great. Clean. Well maintained. Shower tub extra slippery. Need anti slip duckies (like the ones Sheldon recommended). Another safety bar at the far end of tub would be safer. Great. Clean. Well maintained. Shower tub extra slippery. Need anti slip duckies (like the ones Sheldon recommended). Another safety bar at the far end of tub would be safer. Breakfast was a little better than most. There was the usual mattress stuffing (humorously identified as scrambled eggs) and a tangled pile of cooling bacon strips. Although the croissant with “fully cooked “ (not sure why that had to be on the label) sausage, egg and cheese was tasty and a most welcomed relief from the mattress innards. But since the sandwich was wrapped in wax paper and kept warm, the croissant got a little mushy. But still much better than the alternative. Also available were yogurts, cereal, bread and bagels were also available. And a very nice lady was making sure everyone was satisfied with the breakfast.

“Pleasant stay but didn't get the room I reserved”

Very nice clean and quiet hotel. The employee that runs breakfast was exceptionally nice. She made sure that everyone had what they needed even if it wasn't on the bar. Close to great restaurants - Frattellos!! The only complaint was that I reserved a room with a King bed and when we got there… lisää

Very nice clean and quiet hotel. The employee that runs breakfast was exceptionally nice. She made sure that everyone had what they needed even if it wasn't on the bar. Close to great restaurants - Frattellos!! The only complaint was that I reserved a room with a King bed and when we got there they put us in a room with 2 queens. They said they are allowed to overbook and sell rooms to the the higher tiered members first. Why are you able to go online and reserve the room you want, then not be able to get it? This didn't make any sense to me at all. I asked the girl at the desk if calling corporate would help and she said probably not. I asked again when we checked out if I called would they comp a portion of the price or give us points and she said we could try and call. When we checked out, she did tell us that they were adding points to our account. When I checked my email, I had received an email stating the same. Overall satisfied and a pleasant place to stay.

Stated here one 1 night passing through town. Staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. They acknowledged my elite status and offered an upgrade. Stated here one 1 night passing through town. Staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. They acknowledged my elite status and offered an upgrade. However, we were put in a handicap room/ suite which was awkwardly set up and altogether uncomfortable. The bathroom had a tub that was small and very tight with the handicap bars and seat. Room was a bit worn and needed upgrading. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Rooms on the back side actually face the highway and a bit noisy. Breakfast was just OK. I dunno…this place has potential…great location….but could be better.
