“Nice amenities on a budget”

The hotel was nice and updated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a king bed and our room had a fridge and microwave. We did not get any housekeeping during our stay. They do offer a basic breakfast every morning. The pool and hot tub is decent however it closes at 8pm. There are also la… lisää

The hotel was nice and updated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a king bed and our room had a fridge and microwave. We did not get any housekeeping during our stay. They do offer a basic breakfast every morning. The pool and hot tub is decent however it closes at 8pm. There are also laundry facilities on the 3rd floor but does not offer anywhere to sit while waiting for your laundry. There is a hanging area in your room to hang the clothes we washed and dried. Ran the dryer twice, but it still did not fully dry the clothes, but still worth the use. There is a Subway right next door and several other places to eat close by. Room had nice black out curtains and sleep quality was good.

Great spot! Affordable rates in a nice location. The express bus to Boston/Logan airport is only a 5 minute walk away. Great spot! Affordable rates in a nice location. The express bus to Boston/Logan airport is only a 5 minute walk away. There's a great bike path for running about a 5 minute walk away (just behind the express bus station). Our room was quiet enough and the breakfast adequate (the eggs were disgusting but plenty of other options). The hallways smelled of pot, which was unpleasant, but our room smelled fine. The fitness room is horrible; it's 3 cardio machines and nothing else. Friendly staff. My only complaint is on the single use plastics and paper. There are dumpsters full of disposable cups, breakfast plates, silverware and partially used shampoo bottles. Even in the rooms, the coffee cups are single use disposable. I would like to see higher quality reusable products.

The hotel itself is pretty generic, but clean with a friendly staff. Perfectly fine for a quick overnight stay!

We won’t be coming here again because of their policy (not visible when you make a reservation) that no one in your party can check in unless the person who made the reservation is there. We won’t be coming here again because of their policy (not visible when you make a reservation) that no one in your party can check in unless the person who made the reservation is there. They also have a form you can print out and sign and send photos of your ID, face, and credit card, but we didn’t know about this in advance and libraries were closed for a holiday and we didn’t have a printer. Friends ended up waiting 5 hours. The good: comfy beds, shower was good (no bathtub), mini fridge and microwave in room, breakfast (but not much for dairy free or gluten free people to eat—eggs had milk, sausage had gluten (meat they had on Sun), hash (meat they had on Sat) was GFDF. No GF cereal or baked goods, no DF milk). Staff were friendly and helpful and said they would pass on our feedback and had passed on a lot of feedback like that already to no avail. We will probably avoid this brand going forward as well, or at least call in advance before booking to ask about the check in policy. We didn’t think we needed to do that since this hadn’t been an issue for so long at many hotels, but apparently we should! Also the price was good for the dates and area we were looking at.
