Jan and Mark are wonderful hosts sharing their beautiful Victorian home with four rooms for rent on the third floor. We loved our comfortable rooms, Primrose and Morning Glory, which were both so clean thanks to Rose. Our delicious breakfasts served outside on the wrap-around porch were prepared by Jan, and we really appreciated all the dining and sightseeing suggestions provided by our hosts. The B&B’s location was convenient for walking to the beach and to Washington St Mall. Our four-night stay was delightful, with much thanks to Jan and Mark, Nancy - Glenwood Springs, CO & Janet - Richardson, TX

“Nice place to stay”

We had a nice stay at the inn, comfortable bed, good location. Walking distance to Washington street shopping,the trolley rides, the ocean. Drawbacks: rooms are on the third floor, and some are a bit cramped for space. Pluses: if you have a group you get the place to. yourselves. Large porch … lisää

We had a nice stay at the inn, comfortable bed, good location. Walking distance to Washington street shopping,the trolley rides, the ocean. Drawbacks: rooms are on the third floor, and some are a bit cramped for space. Pluses: if you have a group you get the place to. yourselves. Large porch with lots of seating was nice place to meet up. Outstanding breakfasts prepared by hosts (served outside on porch, still warm enough in October!) Also they offer a hospitality room on 3rd floor w coffee, tea, microwave, fridge. only one key per room so twice when hubby went for a walk after I did I ended up locked out of room, but not locked out of inn.

The Luther Ogden Inn was a comfortable and well-located place for a two-day stay in Cape May. It’s an easy walk to the beach and to the restaurant district. The rooms are all on the third floor, and are fairly small. One of the issues we had with our room was the amount of furniture; despite the small size of the room, there was a large wicker chair taking up a good deal of the available floor space, and what appeared to be a heating stove in the corner behind it, which I will assume was not really necessary given the room’s baseboard heating. The internet quality was quite poor. All in all, it was comfortable and convenient, but could be improved.
