This was my first time here, and I want to leave a review because my stay was phenomenal! Traveling with a toddler can be a lot, and from the moment we arrived the team made us feel completely taken care of. Before we even arrived, Jeff helped me with the booking, and I’m so grateful for that interaction. I’m always a little nervous staying somewhere new, especially when I’m traveling alone with my toddler. Jeff was incredibly kind and friendly on the phone, answered my questions, and just had such a warm, reassuring demeanor that it helped me feel confident that choosing the Chateau Inn was the right decision for our mother /daughter getaway. That first interaction really set the tone for our stay. The room we stayed in was absolutely breathtaking! We stayed in a suite with a King bed and separate sleeper sofa with a beautiful balcony. There are so many thoughtful details in the rooms. From the lighting to the nespresso machine , to the fire place, the rooms are so beautifully thought out and the beds are so comfortable!! On our first morning in the lobby we were greeted by Sage, April, and Amanda who were absolutely incredible! They were kind, patient, and just genuinely helpful in a way that you don’t always find at hotels anymore. Every interaction felt personal and welcoming, and they handled every interaction with such professionalism and warmth. Sage overheard that my daughter loves paw patrol , and he gave her a little figurine from the show. It really made us feel so at home. The hotel itself is extremely comfortable (especially the beds!) and well set up, but honestly the people working here are what make it special. It’s obvious that they care about the experiences of their guests. Management should know they have a truly outstanding team here. Sage, April, Jeff, and Amanda made a lasting impression. This may be another day at work for them, but the core memories I made here with my daughter will last a lifetime. We truly appreciated it and would absolutely stay here again. There is so much to do nearby and yet it’s so peaceful. The Chateau Inn is absolutely at the top of my hotel stay list.

I just completed a lovely two week stay at the Chateau Inn & Suites while I recovered from surgery. My suite was clean, attractive, and comfortable, with a microwave, mini-fridge, and a cozy gas fireplace to warm the winter evenings. I was especially impressed by the level of service provided by the friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to be helpful. Spring Lake is a lovely seaside town, even off-season, and Chateau Inn & Suites provided a wonderful home base for my stay.

“Fabulous at the Front Desk”

I had an event to get to and my car, unfortunately, decided to bar me from entry to get there….my key fob would not work! It was very dark out, I’d taken my keys on an hourlong very cold walk and I assumed it was frozen and useless. I asked Jeff at the front desk if I could just sit by the fireplac… lisää

I had an event to get to and my car, unfortunately, decided to bar me from entry to get there….my key fob would not work! It was very dark out, I’d taken my keys on an hourlong very cold walk and I assumed it was frozen and useless. I asked Jeff at the front desk if I could just sit by the fireplace to warm my key fob up and try again. He was so kind…. offered me hot tea and then suggested we replace the battery, in case that was actually the problem. He replaced the battery FOR me and I was able to get into my car and depart for our family function. This is hospitality at its finest. In a world filled with many who do their jobs without enthusiasm, Jeff has a kind attitude and was a remarkable problem solver. Thank you so much, Jeff!!!!

“Class act with a small town feel”

Fantastic location -especially for daily walks around the lake or to the ocean. The coffees and flavored carafes of water were a nice touch. All the staff we encountered were kind, professional and helpful. Looking forward to staying again on our next visit to NJ.
