I stayed with my son and his friend for a basketball tournament in Neptune for one night. No issues with checking in. I was given 4 warm cookies which the kids loved. I stayed with my son and his friend for a basketball tournament in Neptune for one night. No issues with checking in. I was given 4 warm cookies which the kids loved. Our room was clean and looked newly remodeled. The kids used the pool which was small but clean. There were plenty of chairs and a few tables around the pool. I did not eat in the lobby restaurant. There are many of food options close by. I would stay here again if in the area.

“Standard Double tree hotel but with No free breakfast.”

Weekend stay. Busy hotel with wedding guests. NO FREE BREAKFAST Resto offers usual bfast menu, discounted with a credit maybe for being member. Free parking Nice clean room with good linen.

“Great property - but don’t take a connecting room!”

I’ll start out by saying this hotel is beautiful, clean, easily accessible off the Garden State Parkway, has friendly staff, good options in the snack shop and excellent food quality and service in their dinner restaurant. The only negative, which is a biggie, was the noise from the connecting room. The family staying next door (and yes, I know it was two adults and two kids because I became so familiar with their voices) might as well have been staying with me. I could hear every word and noise coming from next door like we were in the same room. No exaggeration, I’m sure the staff has heard this before. I travel frequently and I’ve never experienced the level of noise that I have here. With that being said, I would absolutely stay again because everything else was great, but do yourself a favor. Unless you want connecting rooms, ask for one without the adjoining option. A restful stay will depend on it!

“Unprepared for fully booked hotel”

Room was nice and clean. So was the lobby. That's the good. Here's the bad. Allowed too many guests for late check out, without charging them. I'm lifetime elite status. Tried reaching out to them for a week thru the app and on phone. Got no response from the app and put on hold for 33 minutes the day before to be told, no early check in. Got there 1:30 for checking in for a 3 pm wedding. 14 rooms were checking out when I arrived, none being charged for late check out. (Found out later from overnight staff) . Trust me, I've stayed in elite to basic hotels over 22 years of business travel and vacation. Top 20 stays for in terms of staff not able to handle a crowd. All 50 states and 14 countries. So I've been through huge conventions in Vegas, Super Bowl week and other big events. Management should not have allowed a total of over 40 rooms for a late check out when you know that they're fulky booked.
