i stayed here for 1 night. Checked in around 4 PM. They could not find my reservation initially but then they figured it out. The front desk agent gave me 3 bottles of water. quite helpful. Decent room. Older hotel. Room on the first floor. Decent internet speed. Uber comes within 5 min. They have a good free breakfast spread. Coffee available in lobby. Did not hear any major noise and was able to get my sleep. Good value for a night's stay in terms of price. They have a shuttle for airport service,

“Great Location and Service, But Housekeeping Needs Improvement”

We had a mixed experience during our 4-night stay. On the positive side, the front desk staff were wonderful—special thanks to Leandra Schade for the excellent customer service. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of food options, excellent cleanliness, and beautiful presentation. Jinlong provided outstanding service each morning. The location was perfect for our needs—close to the Expo center and convenient for visits to Santa Fe and the Acoma Reservation. However, we were disappointed with the lack of housekeeping. Although we were asked at check-in if we wanted service every two days, no one ever came. After three days, we had to request a trash bag, clean towels, toilet paper, and other essentials. Additionally, on our second night, there was a plumbing issue on the floor below us. We were told there might be a smell—and there definitely was. It lasted from around 6 p.m. until the next morning, making it tough to sleep that night. Overall, while the service and amenities were great in many ways, the lack of housekeeping and the plumbing issue impacted our overall experience. Hope the management will see this feedback as constructive and will address the concerns for a better experience in the future. Yes, we will definitely consider staying again.

Hoo-boy. I've had some bad luck with hotels on my current trip through New Mexico and Arizona—probably the worst streak of sad to bad hotels I've ever had. So, it is an absolute pleasure to finally be staying at a comfortable and friendly property. This Fairfield seems to be undergoing some renovations, but the rooms are perfectly fine. The bed is super comfortable. Soundproofing is good. The front desk team has been terrific during every interaction. Baths have glass shower stalls, although they're a bit narrower than most. There's a nice airport shuttle van. I'm not using it, but it's here if that's something you'll require. The only strike (and the reason for the 4 stars vs. 5) is the wifi. It's so slow, I find it unusable. I've been doing my work—and I'm submitting this review—by tethering to my phone's wireless signal.
