“Great!!!”
We arrived and we had some issues. The staff tried to accommodate us but I had to ask for the supervisor. I spoke with Jeff Forrest the General Manager and he was aware of the issue. “Weekend in Carlsbad”
Great room! Staff was warm and greeted you anytime you entered the lobby. room was clean and well stocked. Accessible room had a wonderful shower, w/c accessible open with roll in door. “Positive experience with friendly staffservice”
Overall very positive experience. Room was spacious and had a microwave and refrigerator. I did have a issue with the keycards working. But they were proactive in resolving it and gave me a a discount for the inconvenience. They did charge what they call an "amenity fee" which apparently is equiva… lisää

“My favorite place to stay in Carlsbad, NM.”
We are often in Carlsbad visiting family and this is my favorite place to stay. Its nothing fancy, but you get more than you pay for with the free hot breakfast and atmosphere. “Not terrible, not great”
This is a decent hotel but it's seen better days. The rooms are very clean and quiet but the furniture is in desperate need of updating. The bed was very uncomfortable.
